New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Thank you for your interest in this tender.Please find below our responses to your requested clarifications, provided in Bold and italic below: 1. Please clearly show the location of the mentioned box culvert (Canal) and its relation to the protective drain at the west outside the project area. The box culverts are at the intersection.The channel is connected to the main drainage outside of the hospital2. Are the project drains covered on top or left uncovered? In some drawings, they are covered, while in others, they are not. The drainage channel will be covered by rectangular concrete block, 3.The items below are not in the BOQ and have a valuable amount (have to be embedded in the BOQ) I. Landscaping and beautification. These are out of the scopeII. Erosion control. These are out of the scopeIII. Roadside furniture and amenities, including benches, shelters, and waste bins. These are out of the scope4.Protective drain and box culvert: I. Shown on internal roads drawings without clear details. The details are in sections s-08, 09,10 and 11 II. Please give more details and explain if it is part of the scope. The details are in sections s-08, 09,10 and 115.Roads ROW (ROW) dimensions: I. Please determine what exactly the ROW is for each of the two sections of the two roads. Please refer to attached drawings6.Concrete Canal : I. Is the canal covered? Yes 7.Asphalt: I. The quantities do not match the drawings. Please refer to attached drawings II. The two layers of asphalt are 2.5 cm each, which are very difficult to construct. Please refer to attached drawings8.Lighting Piles I. The numbers are huge due to the total length of the roads. Please refer to attached drawings
