We would like to invite you for the " LRPS-2026 9202421 for “Establishment of Long-Term Arrangements for Services (LTAS) for the provision of high-quality technical expertise to UNICEF Myanmar on Activities across 4 phases of the Evidence Life Cycle (Planning, Generation/Analysis/Synthesis, Translation & Use & Capacity Strengthening).”. Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 20 February 2026 at 17:00hrs.
Bid conference. There will be no bid conference for this RFPS.
Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:
Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2026 9202421". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:
- Signed Services Form
- Annex D: Institutional Vendor Template
- Annex E: Supplier Profile Form
- RFPS Answer Sheet (Appendix 1 of the ToR)
- RFPS CV Summary Sheet (Appendix 2 of the ToR)
Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2026 9202421". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-C : Financial Proposal template.
he proposal submission deadline is the 06 March 2026, before 15:00hr. Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
