This procurement includes services for development of the basic design for improving the heating systems in 12 facilities in Skopje and Kumanovo. Tender is formed into 4 lots:

          1.3. Kindergarten “Pampurche”, Skopje, North Macedonia

LOT 2 
          2.1. Elementary School “Joakim Krchoski”, Skopje, North Macedonia
          2.2. Elementary School “Mirche Acev”, Skopje, North Macedonia
          2.3. Kindergarten “Detelinka”, Skopje, North Macedonia

LOT 3
          3.1.High School “Shaip Jusuf”, Skopje, North Macedonia
          3.2.High School “Saraj”, Skopje, North Macedonia
          3.3. Kindergarten “Kalinka”, Skopje, North Macedonia

LOT 4
          4.1. Elementary School “Naim Frasheri / Vuk Karadzic”, Kumanovo, North Macedonia
          4.2. Public Health Institution “Zdravstven dom”, Kumanovo, North Macedonia
          4.3.Kindergarten “Slavejce”, Kumanovo, North Macedonia  


UNOPS reserves the right to select different contractors for each lot, based on the results of evaluation. 

Due to the activities planned for further stages, design services will be performed simultaneously for all 12 properties and delivery dates for all lots will be the same or similar.

* If submitting bids for more than one lot, Bidders should previously estimate if their own resources would allow performing the services for multiple lots in parallel, having in mind that if the same service provider is awarded multiple lots, their contract obligations will encompass delivering all the designs at the similar time.
