Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The communication consultant will design and implement a comprehensive communication and visibility plan for the Y4F project, producing high-quality content in English and Arabic across print, digital, audio, and visual media. Working closely with the project team and the ILO Cairo Communication Officer, the consultant will develop strategic communication products, manage a multimedia library, and support the creation of results-focused reports, presentations, and success stories. They will lead outreach through thematic campaigns, social media content, and targeted dissemination, while also supporting event communication, media engagement, and stakeholder visibility.
The consultant will ensure all materials meet ILO branding, messaging, and quality standards, overseeing content editing and quality assurance to effectively communicate the project’s achievements to national and regional audiences.

Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
Thank you.
