Establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs/LTAs) for the provision of integrated Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/Drones) and associated technical support services

United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for the provision of integrated Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/Drones), including hardware, essential flight and data management software, and comprehensive operational and technical support services, following the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFPs). UNFPA is seeking to establish 3-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the possibility of extension for up to two (1+1) additional years with successful suppliers.

Lot 1, RFP UNFPA-HQ-00018, Outsourcing (Fully Managed Services)

Lot 2, RFP UNFPA-HQ-00021, Leasing (Hardware Rental and Support)

Lot 3, RFP UNFPA-HQ-00023, Procurement (DIrect Purchase of Hardware, Software and related Service)

A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled on 23 February 2026 at 2:00 PM Copenhagen time. This session will provide an opportunity to clarify the requirements, overview of the ToRs, and may address questions related to the RFPs. Bidders interested in attending please submit your interest and share the full names, title, and email addresses of their authorised representatives through "Messages" functionality directly in the system by 19 February 2026, 15:00 Copenhagen time.

• Pre-Proposal conference: 23 February 2026 at 15:00 Copenhagen time
• Request for clarifications (through system): 25 February 2026, 17:00 Copenhagen time
• Bid submission deadline: 10 March, 2026, 17:00 Copenhagen time
