New clarification added: Question:We are interested in participating in this tender; however, we would like to confirm whether installation is mandatory for line item 4 -printer as this will be standard, branded, and plug-and-play item and any technical personnel at the end user’s location can do the installation.Kindly confirm this point so that we may submit our offer accordingly.And also advise if partial offer is acceptable?Response : Installation is an inclusive part of the requirement.Partial offers are not accepted, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. 

New clarification added: Question: Still the end user details is not clear for me.can you provide me enduser details : Email / phone number to get the quote ASAPResponse : UNOPS do not disclose End User email and phone number details, Only name and address which are the only relevant information at this stage.Question : -- also what is the quantitiy for the accessories in each item table is it the same number for the total quantity for each item or it's only one accessory for each item?ex: desktop total quantity is 96 does the accessories will be 96 too or just one for 96 desktop ?Response :If an accessory is an inclusive part of the item, it has to be delivered at the same quantity of the main item.The accessories in each item table is it the same number for the total quantity for each item Ex. item 1 desktop total qty 96 all accessories included in item 1 must be delivered in same qty 96Question: do you have a certain vendor list ?Response :This is an open ITB and UNOPS do not have any limitation, all qualifications criteria must be met, and all offered goods/items must be compliant (deviations are not tolerated).
