New clarification added: QuestionWe are currently preparing our bid for the subject tender. However, upon reviewing the technical documents, we have identified several significant discrepancies between the Bidding Forms_Lot 2 Specification and the Annex A_Installation Guideline for Pallet Racking (Lot 2).To ensure that our technical and financial proposals are fully compliant, we would like to request clarification on which document takes precedence. Below is a summary of the inconsistencies identified:Beam Size: The Bidding Forms specify 160 x 45 mm, whereas Annex A indicates 125 x 50 x 1.5 mm.Column Dimensions: The Bidding Forms require 90 x 70 mm (2 mm thickness), but Annex A shows 85 x 70 x 2.0 mm.Storage Levels: The Bidding Forms state 5 storage levels (Floor + 4 Beam Levels), while Annex A shows only 4 levels (Floor + 3 Beam Levels).Pairs of Beams: Consistent with the storage levels, the Bidding Forms imply 4 pairs of beams, but Annex A specifies 3 pairs.Gap (Clearance): The Bidding Forms suggest a gap of approximately 1.1 - 1.2 m, whereas Annex A indicates 1.65 m.As these discrepancies directly impact the material costs and structural requirements, please confirm which specification takes precedence for our submission.AnswerPlease be informed that the drawing should take precendence. We are amending the specifications in Schedule II, and will extend the submission deadline by another 2 days to give time for bidders to review again their submissions and make adjustments based on the updated information shared. In case of discrepancy between the drawing and the specs, please be informed that the drawing should take precedent. Please expect the tender amendment shortly. Thank you

New clarification added: QUESTION:I was wondering if I could have a chance to speak with the end users of these furniture items — for example, to confirm whether they would like cabinets under their desks.Regarding the color and other details, we can discuss those after receiving the PO. However, I believe the specifications should be clarified before we proceed with the quotation.ANSWER:Yes, drawers under the desks are required. Colour can be discussed after issuing/signing of a Purchase Order, but the price should remain the same as per the orginal quotation.
