Description
Tender description: Health and Safety online training (IOSH and NEBOSH).
UNOPS requires the services of an accredited training provider to deliver internationally recognized Health and Safety qualifications, specifically IOSH and NEBOSH courses, to strengthen the HSSE capacity of personnel across offices and projects.
The selected provider must be approved by IOSH and/or NEBOSH to deliver certified training programmes and examinations.

If yes, what are the minimum documentation requirements to prove this partnership (e.g., a signed Consortium Agreement, a Letter of Intent, or a Memorandum of Understanding)? Is there a specific form or template that must be used for this purpose?Providing this information will help us structure our partnership correctly and ensure our bid is compliant with your regulations.A3: Yes, UNOPS allows Joint Ventures. Joint Ventures have to fill the appropriate form (see bidding forms in the Documents section). Please refer to the Particulars section of the tender as to how the evaluation criteria apply to Joint Ventures: "In case bidder is submitting a bid as a Joint Venture, the lead partner must meet all eligibility and formal criteria, as well as all qualification criteria. For the technical criteria, all JV members combined must meet the requirements."
