New clarification added: 1. QUESTION:Is this a Design & Construct form of contract?ANSWER:No, the contract is only for construction works. The design has been done separately2. QUESTION:We ask for an extension of time for the submission to the 20th FebruaryANSWER:After internal review, we decided to extend the deadline submisstion until 20 Feb 2026.
