Brief Scope of Work of JWP Software Support & Maintenance

1.Purpose

The International Criminal Court (ICC or the Court) is seeking competitive tenders from qualified vendors to offer services and expertise in JWP Software Support & Maintenance activities.

The Court seeks support from an established vendor who has extensive experience in Documentum xCP projects. Responding vendors need to demonstrate the ability to provide the services and qualifications to meet the requirements specified in this Scope of Work.

The tender will be awarded based on the ability of vendors to provide competitively priced solutions to the ICC and capacity to meet requirements outlined in this scope of work.  Depending on tender performance, this award may be split among a maximum of 2 vendors.

Objective

The main objective of this process is to provide experienced contractors to augment the ICC's internal Documentum xCP development capacity in response to current demands of maintenance, stabilization, and enhancement of the Judicial Workflow Platform (JWP) and its associated integrations.

Specifically, the selected vendor(s) will perform:

  1. Application Support & Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving JWP incidents and defects (Tier 2/3).
  • Root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Minor enhancements, configuration updates, and workflow refinements.

2. Release & Deployment Support

  • Preparing fixes and release packages.
  • Supporting SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
  • Updating technical notes for each release.

3. Technical Advisory & Documentation

  • Providing expert guidance on architecture, workflow behaviour, and integrations.
  • Performing impact assessments for change requests.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer as needed.

The Court would like to receive a proposal for time and materials based on estimates from vendor’s previous experience in Documentum upgrade projects. In your response for time and materials, please include details of day rate pricing per resource, per location and any applicable discounts for longer assignments (e.g. 3 months, 6 months, 12 months).

The timeline will be agreed with the selected vendor and the funding will be subject to the Court’s annual budgeting processes..
