Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Street Light System in Qadi Askar Service Directorate, Aleppo City and As-Safira City, Aleppo Governorate, Syria

United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Syria, seeks the interest of qualified vendors and Service Providers to participate in an upcoming tender solicitation for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Street Light System in Qadi Askar Service Directorate, Aleppo City and As-Safira City, Aleppo Governorate, Syria. The project is aimed to enhance mobility, social safety, urban functionality, and efficient management of energy through the provision and installation of solar-powered streetlights The scope of works shall include but not limited to: • Provision and installation of approx. 757 integrated solar-powered street lighting systems (All-in-two) in Qadi Askar Service Directorate with different capacities (80 watts, 120 watts and 150 watts) including wall mounts, LED fixtures, solar panels, batteries, controllers, poles, wiring, foundations and all necessary accessories. • Provision and installation of approx.131 integrated solar-powered street lighting systems (All-in-two) in As-Safira City with different capacities (80 watts, 120 watts and 150 watts) including wall mounts, LED fixtures, solar panels, batteries, controllers, poles, wiring, foundations and all necessary accessories. • Construction of pole foundations, installation of anchor bolts, erect and align poles, and ensure all lifting and installation activities • Mounting solar panels, LED luminaires, and batteries onto the poles and complete all mechanical assembly works • Wiring, connecting system components, configuring charge controllers, and programming lighting schedules or smart controls. • Provide training to the municipal staff, submit all manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation The project will be implemented in 2 Lots: • Lot 1: • Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 757 integrated solar-powered street lighting systems (All-in-two) in Qadi Askar Service Directorate • Lot 2: • Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 131 integrated solar-powered street lighting systems (All-in-two) in As-Safira City During solicitation stage, bidders may be allowed to bid for 1 or both Lots. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. The complete detail of the requirement will be issued to bidders after this request for EOI is closed. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a reply to this REOI does not therefore automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for issuance of the solicitation documents. Only vendors who, in the UN's sole discretion, are deemed eligible and qualified, upon completion of an objective evaluation of the EOI submissions, may receive the final tender solicitation documents. UNON invites companies to express their interest by filling out the vendor response form in UNGM.
