The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit quotations for the Supply of Dispersible Zinc Sulphate 20mg tablets to the Lagos State Ministry of Health of Nigeria in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission set out in the Section II: Schedule of Requirements

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Q 1: In the event that the Bider is not a manufacturing firm, but have the capacity to deliver the required products as per the RFQ requirement, though, it is stated that it's a Manufacturing firm who is eligible to submit a bid. I want to ask, if we can go ahead to submit our bid provided we meet 80% of the bid requirement ?If yes. What preference will be giving to a supplier who is not a manufacturer in the aspect of evaluaton ?Q 2: I want to use this apportunity to also please seek for extension for bid deadline submission at your own discretion to enable us prepare our bid package for submission.Thank you in advance for your consideration.Answers:Only local manufacturers (in Nigeria) are eligible to bid or else the bid will be disqualified.The products are urgently required (as per the tender delivery timeline) hence no bid extension will be given
