Purchasing: First Aid Bags-RE Evaluation Criteria: • Technical evaluation will be conducted based on the provided samples • Full compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex 1. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer. Any offer without Eligibility Criteria Documents will be rejected Special conditions: • Delivery terms :(DDP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus), The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus, • Due to previous quality concerns, UNRWA requires samples of goods being tendered to be submitted with your bids. • UNRWA will only pay to the bank account of the supplier name as appearing on the PO or contract only. PLD will also check the banks provided by suppliers against the UN/OFAC/EU sanction list before the same is accepted for registration. UNRWA will not process any payment to the supplier through a third party bank account. • Local bidders are encouraged to provide a bank account – in their name - at any bank operating in Syria so that they are not charged the bank transfer costs. Bidders with international bank accounts will bear the bank transfer costs of the payment to their accounts.
