RFQ-2025-25 Costing Consultant - To Support the Development of Myanmar’s National Strategic Plan (NSP) for HIV (2027–2030)

The purpose of this consultancy is to conduct financial analysis and costing exercises to inform the development of Myanmar’s National Strategic Plan (NSP) for HIV (2027–2030).
Specifically, the consultant will support the NSP writing team in developing a costed and financially sustainable strategic plan that:
- Establishes a comprehensive and transparent costing framework for proposed interventions and activities across prevention, treatment, care, support, and enabling environment areas; and
- Provides a robust financial analysis to guide evidence-based resource allocation, identify funding gaps, and inform strategies for sustainability and resource mobilization.
The contract duration: 15 December 2025 – 31 March 2026
