RFQ-2025-24 Consultant for HIV Prevention, Testing, Treatment, and Care Continuum - To Support the Development of Myanmar’s National Strategic Plan (NSP) for HIV
(2027–2030). The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical expertise in HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and care continuum, including integrated and people-centered approaches to addressing comorbidities. Working in close collaboration with the Lead Consultant, M&E Consultant, Costing Consultant, and the NSP Core Group, the consultant will contribute to the drafting and finalization of the National Strategic Plan for HIV (2027–2030).
The consultant will ensure that the NSP components are aligned with global guidance and best practices, are evidence-informed, and are adapted to Myanmar’s operational realities. The consultant will promote innovative, cost-effective, sustainable, and rights-based interventions that advance the national HIV response toward achieving national and global targets.
Duration: Maximum of 25 days between 15 December 2025 to 31 March 2026.
