Call for National Consultant to develop the national Return and Reintegration Framework for Uganda

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1. To carry out a desk review of existing legal frameworks, and a mapping of actors and available services on migrants return and reintegration in Uganda 2. To develop a Return and Reintegration Framework for Uganda aligned with national and international labour migration standards. 3. Prepare a popular version of the Return and reintegration framework for Uganda. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
