Description

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible, and competent proposer to support the implementation of activities for the World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week (WAAW) 2025.

The World Health Organization (WHO) Representative Office for Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Singapore, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia, is organizing the World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week (WAAW) 2025. This annual global campaign aims to raise awareness and promote best practices among the public, healthcare professionals, and policymakers to curb the spread of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

Aligned with the global tripartite and quadripartite frameworks (WHO, FAO, WOAH, and UNEP), the WAAW 2025 celebration in Malaysia will feature a high-profile roundtable meeting and associated outreach events involving government agencies, academia, civil society, and international partners.

To ensure the smooth and professional delivery of the event, WHO seek to engage a qualified event management company with a proven track record in handling high-level, multi-stakeholder events.

Please submit your proposal to wpmyswr@who.int and wproungm@who.int on or before 31 October 2025. Please indicate WHO Bid Reference: 2025/WCO/MYS/002/282619 in all email submissions as common reference.
