DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION EXTENDED UNTIL 27 AUGUST 2014
UNICEF Regional Office for South Asia wish to identify a consultancy firm which could conduct a major and complex impact evaluation related to adolescents’ interventions in three countries of the region (Afghanistan, India and Pakistan) over the course of the next 5 years. UNICEF Country and Region Offices will work together on the development of innovative interventions for adolescents with major financial support from the IKEA Foundation.

In order to facilitate the submission of both Technical and Financial proposals through email , the submission duly stamped and signed can be done electronically in PDF format and sent to nepalsupply@unicef.org with a copy to akhanal@unicef.org
Technical and financial proposals should be sent as separate PDF files. If the Technical and Financial proposals are sent in the same PDF file, they will be rejected.
Only the companies who will be rated as technically compliant will have their price proposals opened.
For email submission, please clearly indicate the RFP Number along with the title of the RFP in your subject Line. Those proposals without the RFP number and the RFP title in the subject line will be rejected.
