Dear Bidders, The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking a qualified individual to undertake the research assignment titled Factors contributing to the capacity of enterprises to pay higher wages as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The selected consultant, in collaboration with ILO and VITAS, will conduct research and develop a report on factors contributing to the capacity of garment enterprises to pay higher wages. Please refer to the detailed terms of reference and other related information in the ILO e-sourcing platform (https://www.ungm.org) for more information and proposal submission guidelines. The travel costs incurred, if specified in the approved workplan, will be reimbursed in accordance with ILO regulations and not be considered as a part of the bidding price.
