Provision of Recruitment and Payroll Management Services

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Türkiye hereby invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the Provision of Recruitment and Payroll Management Services in support of the Skills Development for Improved Employability Project. The selected Contractor will be responsible for conducting transparent and timely recruitment processes and managing comprehensive payroll services for various personnel employed under UNDP-led initiatives with implementing partners. The services will ensure compliance with Turkish labour laws and UNDP’s ethical and operational standards, contributing to the efficient delivery of employment and livelihood activities across target provinces.
