Provision of Study on the use of remittances and their impact on resilience in Mali and Senegal

This procurement process aims to select a consulting firm or a consortium of consultant firms to conduct a 4-month study (starting in November 2025) on how remittances are used within Senegalese and Malian households to mitigate climate risks. The study will draw on household surveys in Senegal and Mali (with more than 800 respondents per country). The survey results will be examined in relation to the current supply of financial and non-financial services available to rural populations, with the aim of generating evidence-based recommendations on how such services can be designed and implemented to support household adaptation strategies in the context of climate change.
