Provision of Country Diagnostics of the Remittance Market in Senegal, Morocco and Mali

IFAD is soliciting bids from qualified organizations or consortium possessing expertise in the remittance market analysis and experience working in the financial and development sectors in the three countries. The contractor will undertake national remittance market diagnostics and develop accompanying roadmaps for Mali, Morocco, Senegal. These diagnostics are intended to inform evidence-based policymaking, regulatory reform, and market development efforts. They will support government, regulators, development partners, and private sector actors in identifying priority interventions to enhance the inclusiveness and efficiency of remittance ecosystems. Where feasible, diagnostics should follow a common analytical framework to allow for cross-country comparison of findings and reform opportunities.
