New clarification added: Question No. 1: For Lot 1, it is very difficult to find a product that match your specification 100%.Confirm you will accept a product with minor variation like Panel technology OLED instead of IPS or VA commercial-grade panel but meeting other features?Answer No. 1: As stated in Section II: Schedule of Requirements of the published bidding documents, all technical specifications shall be strictly respected by the bidders in order to ensure that the offered items are fully compliant.Therefore, for Lot 1, the requirement for IPS or VA commercial-grade panel technology is mandatory, and products with different panel technologies (e.g., OLED) cannot be accepted as technically compliant alternatives.
