 EVENT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION SERVICES FOR NJFP 2.0 LAUNCH

UNDP Nigeria is seeking the services of an event management firm based in Abuja with demonstrable experience in executing similar events of the nature stipulated in the TOR. 

The firm will be expected to provide end-to-end event management, branding, and production services for the NJFP 2.0 Flag-Off Ceremony. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

A. Event Branding and Production

B. Catering Services

C. Staffing and Coordination

D. Audio-Visual and Technical Production

E. Documentation and Reporting
