Execution of works at the Leonardo Building at ICTP Campus premises located in Strada Costiera 11, Trieste, as described below:
· Lot A: Refurbishment of the window frames in the 1960s wing of the building through conservative restoration of the existing fixtures, new glasses and base protection (800 sqm approx);
· Lot B: Supply and installation of custom-cut copper base plates (flashing) under window frames (70 lm approx);
· Lot C: Supply and/or installation of protective railings on openable windows throughout the entire building;
in accordance with the present solicitation document.
It is possible to participate in one or more lots.
The execution of works will be phased throughout 30 months in approximately 6 blocks.
