Description
Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The Consultant will provide technical support to update Macedonia’s National OSH Profile in line with the ILO Guide. The work involves conducting a situational analysis of recent legislative and policy changes, reviewing OSH data and statistics, and identifying institutional gaps in inspection, compliance, and training. Through consultations with government, employers, trade unions, and other stakeholders, the Consultant will gather insights on progress and challenges. Based on these findings, a draft OSH Profile will be developed, including data analysis, stakeholder inputs, and preliminary recommendations. The Consultant will then finalize the Profile, integrating feedback and preparing an executive summary with an action plan for OSH improvements. The assignment also includes presenting findings and facilitating workshops with stakeholders. The expected outputs are: an inception report, a draft OSH Profile, the final OSH Profile, and stakeholder presentations. The work will be completed in a spans of eight weeks.
Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
