Call for External Collaborator - Gap analysis of National OSH Legislation, vis-a-vis EU Acquis and ILO Conventions № 155, 161, 187 - DWT/CO-Budapest

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Consultant, working under the ILO National Project Coordinator, will conduct a desk review of Macedonian OSH laws, ILO Conventions 155, 161, and 187, and relevant EU directives. In consultation with government, inspectorate, employers, workers, and other OSH bodies, the Consultant will identify legislative and implementation gaps through an article-by-article comparison with international standards. Based on this, practical and legal recommendations, including a roadmap for harmonization, will be developed. Draft findings will be presented at a validation workshop with tripartite stakeholders, after which the final gap analysis report will be prepared. The assignment will be completed in a spans of eight weeks, with key outputs including an inception report, draft report, validation workshop, and final report.
