The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to bid for the current repairs of two Mykolaiv-based hospitals, specifically:
Lot 1: Current repair of Mykolaiv City Hospital No. 1, located at the address: 4, 2nd Ekipazna Street, Mykolaiv City Council, Ukraine;
Lot 2: Current renovation of the Mykolaiv Children's Hospital No. 2, located at the address: 5 Ryumina Street, Mykolaiv City Council, Ukraine
in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this RFQ, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit your bid to UNOPS by the Deadline for Bid Submission.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Team,We would like to kindly request clarification regarding the financial capability requirement specified in the ToR, which states:“The bidder has an average annual turnover of a minimum: USD 1 million for both Lots: USD 500,000 for Lot 1 and USD 500,000 for Lot 2 during at least the last 3 years, and should submit a copy of certified financial statements for the last three years (2022, 2023, and 2024).”Could you please confirm our understanding of this provision:If a bidder’s average annual turnover for 2022–2024 is below USD 1 million but above USD 500,000, is the bidder eligible to apply for only one Lot?Alternatively, is it permissible to submit bids for both Lots, with the understanding that, in case both bids are evaluated as successful, the bidder may be awarded only one Lot due to financial capacity considerations?We would be grateful for your clarification to ensure full compliance with the eligibility requirements and avoid disqualification of our proposals. __________ Dear Bidder, Thank you for your questions. The answers are as follows: 1. If a bidder’s average annual turnover for 2022–2024 is below USD 1 million but above USD 500,000, such bidder qualifies to apply for only one Lot. 2. If such a bidder applies for both Lots, UNOPS will evaluate this bid in the order of Lots, starting from Lot 1. If the average annual turnover of such a bidder does not meet the minimum requirement for both Lots, the bidder will be disqualified at Lot 2 evaluation. 3. In this situation, the bidder is advised either to: a) join forces with a partner and submit a bid as a Joint Venture, or b) select the preferred Lot and apply for only one Lot.
