Below is a summary of the work to be performed: In execution of this assignment, the consultant will carry out the following tasks; 2. Conduct desk review of key policies and strategies and perform a gap analysis focusing on labour migration and Private Employment Agencies (PrEAs). 3. Engage stakeholders, including government, trade unions, PrEAs, migrant groups, and community organizations, to gather input and feedback. 4. Develop the revised EASS Strategic Plan (2026–2030) with integrated labour migration and PrEA priorities, clear objectives, M&E framework, and sustainability strategy. 5. Facilitate a validation workshop, refine the draft based on feedback, and submit the final strategic plan with a summary report and supporting documents.
