Description
The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen (hereinafter known as “OSESGY”) and the Office of the United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (hereinafter known as “UNMHA”) is soliciting proposals for a contractual agreement for SIP trunk-based fixed-line telephony services to support its communication infrastructure for its office in Amman, Jordan. The OSESGY/UNMHA is seeking to establish a non-exclusive Contract for an initial period of 2 (two) years with options to extend the contract for three (3) additional years (2+1+1+1), subject to extension of OSESGY/UNMHA’s mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
The Contractor shall provide a network diagram illustrating SIP trunk integration with OSESGY/UNMHA’s Cisco IP network, including failover mechanisms for the dual ISP links. The fixed-line Telephone Service is
required to be connected to OSESGY/UNMHA premises located at Building 13, Khaled Abu Dalbouh Street, North Abdoun, Amman, Jordan. The secure SIP trunk should be able to carry two-way channels, with one head number as a master hunt group number. All lines should have the ability to initiate and receive calls to and from all the telephone service providers within Jordan and outside.
The link shall be terminated into the OSESGY/UNMHA Cisco IP network with direct Inward dialing (DID) services with hundred (100) virtual DID numbers. The virtual DID numbers must be provided in sequential numbering.
This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY/UNMHA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automaticall guarantee that such compay will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued .
INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM LEVEL FOR REGISTRATION FOR THIS TENDER IN UNGM (www.ungm.org) IS BASIC LEVEL, COMPANIES WHICH ARE NOT FULLY REGISTERED IN UNGM MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE UPCOMING TENDER
Specific Requirements/Information
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Participating vendors will be required to submit upon receipt of solicitation documents the following minimum requirements and other documents which will be elaborated in the solicitation documents:
1. Proof of valid business registration (Valid TRC (Telecommunications Regulatory Commission) license for VoIP/SIP services in Jordan, or proof of partnership with licensed carrier) for fixed landlines telephony services through SIP trunk for its office in Amman - Jordan. or documentary evidence that such registration process has been initiated, and, in such case, the successful Bidder(s) shall furnish proof of authenticated business permit in order to be awarded the contract.
2. The Bidder offers a dedicated secure SIP trunk with a hundred (100) virtual DID numbers in sequential order as outlined in the SOR.
3. A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in providing SIP trunkbased telephony services to enterprise or government clients.
4. The bidder provides at least two (2) active contracts for ≥50 DID numbers through SIP trunk of similar nature, location and complexity during the past thirty-six (36) months.
5. The provider will complete the mobilization, installation, testing, and commissioning of the fixed landline telephony through secure SIP trunk for its office in Amman, Jordan and turn it over to OSESGY/UNMHA in live production within two weeks after receiving the request from OSESGY/UNMHA.
6. Technical support to OSESGY/UNMHA for fault rectification and/or other technical issues, concerns and queries twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week (24 x 7). Technical support team details to be provided.
