With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 13 August 2025, IMO wishes to issue an amendment to:
a- Provide the responses to the clarifications raised by bidder(s).

ANALYTICAL STUDY ON CAREER PATHWAYS AND GENDER DIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT IN MARITIME DECARBONIZATION)
1. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) seeks proposals for “ANALYTICAL STUDY ON CAREER PATHWAYS AND GENDER DIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT IN MARITIME DECARBONIZATION)”, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein.
2. This Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this document and the following annexes:

3 In submitting a proposal, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the requirements of this RFP including the Terms of Reference and the IMO General Conditions Services as the sole basis of this tender process, and waives his own conditions of sale, whatever they may be. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B.
4 Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 10 September 2025, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal, using the unique link in the invitation email, stating the RFP reference in the subject line. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.
The tender contains sustainability considerations addressing gender equality and women's empowerment.
Examples:
Gender mainstreaming, targeted employment of women, promotion of women-owned businesses.
The tender incorporates contract conditions/ KPIs that stipulate the verification of suppliers' environmental and social claims through “spot checks” and audit provisions.
The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting vendors' participation to the UN Global Compact.
