Enterprise Support Services The United Nations seeks qualified vendors to provide VMware subscription licenses, support services, and advisory solutions under Broadcom's subscription-based licensing model. The selected vendor will support UN entities in license procurement, provide technical advisory services, and ensure seamless transition from current entitlements expiring 6 January, 2026. PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS • Recognized Broadcom partner with global deployment rights • Authorization to resell complete VMware by Broadcom product portfolio • Active Broadcom Partner Portal access with transparent pricing • Contingency plan for service continuity given Broadcom's partner consolidation effective November 2025. SCOPE OF SERVICES • License Management: Support UN entities in creating independent procurement carts, license key generation (<1 business day), and new license provisioning (<2 business days) • Portal Management: Assist with UN user enrollment and Site ID consolidation for streamlined license management • Advisory Services: Product selection guidance, cost optimization recommendations, and proactive updates on Broadcom licensing changes • Global Support: Remote technical support in English across Asia, Europe/Africa, and Americas time zones • VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere Foundation, vSphere Enterprise Plus, vSphere Standard, VCF Edge • All add-on products (vDefend, Tanzu, vSAN, SRM, VCDR, Aria, Avi Load Balancer, etc.) • Volume discount pricing tiers (1-999, 1,000-2,999, 3,000-5,999, 6,000-9,999, 10,000+ cores) • Multi-year commitment discounts and edge-specific pricing models • Bundle pricing options and capacity-based pricing for storage solution   Specific Requirements/Information PRE- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Only those vendors meeting the following pre-qualification criteria will be invited to participate in the anticipated ITB tender exercise: Mandatory Criteria: Recognized Broadcom/VMware partner with global deployment rights. To respond, vendors are required to send the supporting document which can be an "official" document issued by VMware/Broadcom, or an online reference, or any other document that shows your company has the status for VMware global deployment rights, by email to weiwei.liu1@un.org before the REOI deadline. Failed to provide the supporting document will result in disqualification and thus won’t be invited for the upcoming tender exercise.
