CLARIFICATIONS

For clarifications regarding this RFQ, you are requested to contact the Procurement Officer, exclusively in  writing, via e-mail: unhabitat.roas.clarifications@un.org no later than 25 August 2025, 03:00PM (Bahrain Local Time). No communication, written or verbal, is allowed in connection with this RFQ with any UN staff members other than Procurement Officers.

IMPORTANT NOTE

All bids must be submitted via email to unhabitat-roas.quotations@un.org no later than 1 September 2025, 04:00PM (Bahrain Local Time). Please do not even copy (cc) any other email address, otherwise your bid may be disqualified.

• Submission to any other email will lead to rejection of the bid. Do not even cc any other email address. Each email submission including attachments (e.g. PDF, MS Excel files) cannot exceed 10 MB.
• Please use clear and concise file names when submitting attachments.
• The use of files sharing applications is not permitted and files submitted through such applications will not be considered. If necessary, bids should be split in multiple emails of less than 10 MB each.
