This is to ensure fair competition and allow suppliers to propose the most innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet our requirements.

Since most commercial-grade 55″ signage displays typically have a 60 Hz native refresh rate, could you please confirm if this is a strict requirement or if 60 Hz is acceptable?Answer No. 1: We would like to confirm that, as stated in the document "2.
