Document Generation Tool for UNISON (Salesforce)
UNICEF is seeking a fit-for-purpose suite of tools, products, or solutions that provide enhanced functionality and seamless native integration with UNISON, to effectively address its operational and technical requirements.
To implement and support these capabilities, UNICEF intends to engage the selected product vendor or solution provider through one or more Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs). Each LTA will serve as a contractual framework between UNICEF and the vendor, outlining a predefined list of services, associated delivery conditions, and agreed pricing over a specified period.
Once an LTA is established, UNICEF will issue specific orders detailing the requirements and timelines for each engagement. These will be formalized through UNICEF Institutional or Corporate Contracts, which will adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in the LTA. The agreed unit prices or service fees specified in the LTA will be used to determine the contract value.
Each LTA will be valid for an initial period of up to three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional periods of two (2) years each—resulting in a maximum duration of seven (7) years—subject to satisfactory performance and evolving organizational needs.
