Voucher scheme for the provision of fuelwood

FAO Ukraine invites eligible suppliers to participate in a voucher-based scheme for the provision of chopped fuelwood to vulnerable households in frontline oblasts. Selected suppliers will deliver fuelwood in exchange for vouchers and receive post-payment reimbursement. Applications must be submitted in both PDF (signed and stamped) and Excel (where required) formats by 20 July 2025 via UNGM. Submission of application has two parts (both are required to consider your application successfully): 1 - Response Form: • Fill in all the required information needed and sign off digitally at the end of the form. • Carefully read and agree on all the requirements in the declaration part. (The failure of ticking the agreed box may cause exclusion of the supplier if it’s mandatory as mentioned earlier in Section III. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, TECHNICAL EVALUATION AND SELECTION) • THIS IS MANDATORY TO SUBMIT THIS FORM IN BOTH FORMATS: .PDF (SIGNED AND STAMPED) AND EXCEL 2 - Required Documents to the UNGM system: • Make sure to upload all required documents including Registration certificate, financial report/document for operating in the last 12 months, and Fuelwood Source certificate to your bid. • Upload any other supportive documents.
