Greetings from UNICEF Malaysia.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for "LRPS-2025-9198212 Provision to Develop and testing of the AI tools, mobile application and website for monitoring compliance with the International Code of Marketing for breastmilk substitutes in Malaysia” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF invites you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.

 

1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this invitation and confirm your Interest/Intent to Submit by replying to this email by 01 July 2025.

 

2. Request for Clarification

If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex F - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.

3. Proposal Submission

All proposals must be submitted via email ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org by:
