Or should the bidder, from the outset, submit a proposal for only one lot that aligns with their financial capacity?Answer:The bidders are allowed to submit proposals for multiple lots; however, they will only be considered for the number of lots that aligns with their demonstrated financial capacity. If a bidder meets the minimum turnover requirement (JOD 1 million) in only one year, they are eligible for one lot only, even if they submit offers for more. In such cases, UNOPS will evaluate all submitted lots, but the award recommendation will be limited to the number of lots supported by the bidder’s financial capacity.
