Long-Term Arrangements (LTA) for the provision of Events Management, Catering Services, and Accommodation for 3 years in Suva (Central Division) and the Pacific Harbor region in Fiji.

Please find attached the Terms of Reference with the specifications and the required forms to be fulfilled. The REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM (pages 2 to 4) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with the technical and financial offers. If the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM (pages 2 to 4) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Your offer comprising of a Technical Proposal, a Price Proposal, and the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM filled and signed should be emailed separately to pacificSupply@unicef.org and referenced as LRPS-2025-9198003 before 8th July 2025 at 23:59 as per below:

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
