Greetings from UNICEF Malaysia.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in The Request for Quotation for "LRFQ-2025-9197416 Provision of Emergency Grabpacks and Child-Size Lifejackets for School Children under the BencanaReady Campaign" through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Quotation and the terms and conditions contained herein.

1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit

2. Request for Clarification

If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex G - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.

3. Proposal Submission
