New amendment added #1: Dear BiddersPlease be advised that the below amendments are made to the RFQ requirements. The requirements of the clause 2.2.7 of the Section II Schedule of Requirements is now amended to be read as follows: “The water velocity in the channels and connections of the heat exchangers, water velocity shall not exceed 4 m/s to minimize erosion while maintaining sufficient turbulence to prevent noise and reduce the intensity of scale formation.”.Please check the amended documents RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of requirements_Heat exchangers_RFQ_2025_57375_rev1 and RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Heat exchangers_RFQ_2025_57375_rev1 in the Documents section. Thank you.

New clarification added: In “B1. Appendix 1 to the Schedule of Requirements for the heat exchangers” there’s requirement as per diagonal connections of the heat-exchanger as per inlet and outlet of the carriers. In the world there are only three producers of such type of the plates. More over such type of the connection doesn’t influence on the efficiency, pressure drop or any other technical characteristics of the heat-exchanger as well as on the piping works. Can we use parallel connections instead of diagonal connections of the carriers? Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please note that this requirement is mandatory. This requirement is related to the equipment layout.Thank you.

New clarification added: Article 2.2.8 of the Section II: Schedule of requirements prescripts performing hydraulic tests at the design water temperature (150 C) and pressure (1,6 MPa). It's quite difficult to create such conditions within production premises. Is it possible to provide only hydraulic test under the requirements of the article 2.3.3. (2,1 MPa with fluid temperature 5-15 C)?Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please note that the requirement provided in clause 2.2.8 is mandatory. We must be sure that the equipment will operate at the provided operating parameters.Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear Sirs,Article 2.2.7 of the Section II: Schedule of requirements prescripts that the velocity in the channels and connections of the heat exchangers shall not exceed 2.5 m/s. Meantime in “B1. Appendix 1 to the Schedule of Requirements for the heat exchangers” there’s indication of the diameter of the connection. For example, for the Object 1 the diameter of the connection is DN 100. After calculation of the heat exchanger, we have necessary pressure drop in the heat exchanger 38 KPa (which is less than required), but at the connections of the heat exchanger for the 1st stage the velocity is 2,72 m/s with connection DN 100. Can we:1) ignore requirements of the article 2.2.7 as per velocity in the connections and match requirements as per pressure drop of the complete heat-exchanger which is more important for the efficient exploitation of the system?2) can we choose different size of the connection then indicated in “B1. Appendix 1 to the Schedule of Requirements for the heat exchangers” but ignore requirements as per pressure drop of the complete heat-exchanger and not obeying the velocity of the fluid in connection?Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please note that the requirements of the clause 2.2.7 will be amended to be read as follows: “The water velocity in the channels and connections of the heat exchangers, water velocity shall not exceed 4 m/s to minimize erosion while maintaining sufficient turbulence to prevent noise and reduce the intensity of scale formation.”.Thank you.

New clarification added: B1. Appendix 1 to the Schedule of Requirements for the heat exchangers - Data for the calculation and selection of heat exchangersInformation in all tables - Connection of heat carriersWhat you mean under diagonal connection of heat carriers?Do you mean counterflow? e.g. side #1 flow is from the bottom left, then side #2 flow is from the top right?Dear BidderThank you for your request. No, we did not mean counterflow.Example:Stream #1 - inlet from the bottom left, outlet from the top right.Stream #2 - inlet from the top left, outlet from the bottom right.Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, could you kindly provide us with the following forms? - Declaration of compliance with SE (Social and Environmental) obligations- Declaration on compliance of the products offered by the Participant for supply with the requirements of the Ukrainian Technical RegulationsDear BidderThank you for your request. Please note that the templates for the "Declaration of compliance with SE (Social and Environmental) obligations" and "Declaration of compliance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.1147 dated December 30, 2015" are uploaded to the "Documents" section of this RFQ. Please refer to the “Documents” section. There is no template for the “Declaration on compliance of the products offered by the Participant for supply with the requirements of the Ukrainian Technical Regulations”. Bidders are requested to submit the declaration in any suitable form supported by the documented evidence (conformity or compliance certificates, type examination, test results, etc.) that the proposed goods are compliant with Ukrainian technical regulations.Thank you.
