Human Resources Survey Tool
This Terms of Reference (ToR) outlines the scope, objectives, and deliverables for the selection and implementation of a survey tool that will support regular pulse surveys and biannual comprehensive staff surveys. The tool will be used to gather employee feedback on engagement, satisfaction, well-being, and organizational culture, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.
