New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team,Thank you for your prompt response and clarification.However, we believe there might be a slight misunderstanding. While we appreciate you pointing out items 220-224 in the BOQ, these entries fall under "Section 2. Roof (AR-8)".Our initial query pertains to "Section 4. Floor, Type 1 common areas". Specifically, within the list of works for Floor Type 1 (items 269-286), we noticed the absence of a 60mm thick reinforced screed installation. It appears that after the floor insulation (items 274-276), the next listed step is the application of a self-leveling compound (items 277-282). For reference, this 60mm reinforced screed is indicated in the floor composition notes on Sheet 5 of the file "ТОМ 3 АР 08-2024-АР_2025.03.06".Could you please advise if the 60mm reinforced screed should be included within the works for "Section 4. Floor, Type 1 common areas"?______Dear Bidder, Thank you for attentive review of the Design package. According to your request, UNOPS contacted the Design organization. The Design organization has made changes to "ТОМ 3 АР 08-2024-АР" sheet 15. A reinforced screed with a thickness of 60 mm has been added to the floor specification. New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team,We have a few questions regarding the geotechnical aspects.To better understand the site conditions and accurately calculate the requirements for the sheet pile cofferdam, we kindly request you to provide the detailed geotechnical investigation report, specifically including information on the groundwater level.Upon reviewing the BOQ, we noticed a discrepancy between the quantity of the sheet pile material (item 25) and the work for the installation of the sheet pile cofferdam (item 24). The quantity for the material appears to be approximately half of what would typically be expected for the installation work listed. Could you please clarify the reason for this difference in quantities?Thank you for your time and clarification. __________ Dear Bidder, The Geological Survey Report contains all the necessary information to implement the project. Specifically, Bidders can find the Report on Geological Surveys in the document Volume 1 of the Report on Geological Surveys (ТОМ 1 ЗПЗ). This is the third item starting from page 13. The need for sheet pile fencing is specified in Volume 15 of the PSR (ТОМ 15 ПОБ), due to the fact that the site is located in a dense residential area and close to utility networks.The amount of material for the sheet pile fence is determined by the fact that it is a temporary structure.
