New clarification added: Dear Sirs,Our company is a dealer of a Ukrainian manufacturer of cable products.Is it possible to supply under DDP terms?Our company purchases products with VAT and must sell these products also taking into account VAT.Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue?Thank you!Answer_____Dear BidderThank you for your request.Please note that, as outlined in the tender documentation (RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements_Cables_RFQ/2025/56665, Section C. Delivery Requirements), the delivery terms are DAP (Incoterms® 2020) Chernivtsi oblast, Ukraine (including offloading at the final destination).According to the tender requirements (Particulars Tab) “All quotations shall be submitted net of any direct taxes, customs duties and indirect taxes, such as sales taxes. The procurement of goods is performed within the framework of International Technical Assistance.Therefore, the Bid should be submitted without VAT.” Please refer to “Duties and Taxes” section of the RFQ Particulars.Best regards,Procurement team
