UNESCO Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Digital Reporting Platform Equipment and Implementation
UNESCO invites quotations from qualified suppliers to equip a digital reporting platform with essential hardware, software, and services, including full implementation of all project components. The scope includes platform development, AI integration, equipment provision, hosting, security measures, and training/support for UNESCO staff in Baghdad, Iraq. This initiative aims to establish a robust, secure, and efficient digital reporting system with advanced functionalities.
Scope of Work
- Platform Development and Integration
- Coding and programming of a platform with content management, data analytics, and reporting features.
- Integration of AI functionalities, including data analysis, archiving, and retrieval systems.
- Linkage of platform with AI components for enhanced content processing, user alerts, and data retrieval.
- Equipment
- 4 MSI GP63 8RF laptops (Intel i7, NVIDIA graphics, dual-storage).
- Network and power accessories (Ethernet cables, HDMI cables, power strips, RJ45 jacks, USB 3.0 cables, electric power storage devices).
- Hosting and Security
- One-year server hosting with 2TB data transfer capacity and 1Gbit uplink speed.
- Installation of integrated security software on servers and workstations.
- Implementation of advanced security protocols to protect against breaches and cyber threats.
- Training and Support
- Comprehensive staff training on platform management, navigation, content management, and AI tool usage.
- One-year technical support and maintenance for all software and hardware components.

- Payment Terms: 30 days net upon receipt of invoice and supporting documents

Submission Requirements
Bidders must provide:
- A detailed quotation with unit prices and total costs in IQD for all items/services listed.
- Delivery time (DAP Baghdad).
- Company profile and evidence of compliance with quality standards.
- Confirmation of acceptance of UNESCO General Terms and Conditions (Annex I).
Qualification Criteria for Bidders (Must)
1- Legal Registration and Local Presence: The bidder must be a legally registered company in Iraq with a valid business license issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Trade or relevant local authority.
2- A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in providing IT solutions, including platform development, AI integration, or telecommunications equipment supply in Iraq or the Middle East region.
3- Demonstrated experience in delivering similar projects (e.g., digital platforms, hardware supply, or technical support) to international organizations, government entities, or large private sector clients
