As 1 Lot includes 12 separate items, each requiring a completed technical specification form and a corresponding set of supporting documents, we kindly request a deadline extension of by at least 2–3 weeks. This additional time would allow us to carefully prepare the documentation and ensure the proposal fully complies with the tender requirements. For Item#9 Water bath, it is required: Input voltage: 110V, 60HZ, please confirm if 220V, 60HZ is acceptable?A18. Yes only 220V , 60Hz is acceptable. In Rep Uzbekistan the standard is 220V. Q 19. For Item#12 Cutter, Hotwire, it is required: Length up to (500mm), Diameter up to (180mm), please confirm if length 500mm±5%, Diameter±15% could be acceptable?A19.  Yes we do confirm length 500mm±5%, Diameter±15% is acceptable.Q 20. Regarding Item No. 6 – Magnetic Stirrer/Vortex:The technical specifications mention that the device should be capable of working with standard tubes, flasks, beakers, micro-tubes, and micro-plates.Typically:A vortex mixer supports tubes and micro-tubes.A magnetic stirrer supports flasks and beakers.Since the description includes features related to both devices, could you please confirm whether both devices are required, or if one device with combined functionality is expected?A 20. A device with combined functionality is expected. Q 21. For Item#9 Water Bath, it is required: Temperature range of at least 5°C to 100°C. please confirm it is on basis of ambient temperature ? i.e. ambient temperature+5℃~100°C？Maany thanks.A21. Temperature setting range in the device must be at least 5°C to 100°C.

The devices you are requesting also have a voltage of (220 V). In this regard, I ask you to correct the technical specification.A. 12 Yes the requirement is  220 V not 115 V . It will be corrected in the specification.  Dear Evaluation Team,Q 13. We would like to request a clarification regarding the Item No. 12 - Cutter, hot wire. Could you please clarify the specific purposes or applications for which it will be used, so that we can offer the most suitable equipment?A.13. It will be used mainly for cutting plastic bottle type containers.

New clarification added: Q 11. Often manufacturers in China are one company, and those engaged in the supply and assembly of parts are other companies. In this regard, in the announced lot for the supply of microscopes, we wanted to offer products from a manufacturer from China. Since the manufacturer of the main part of the microscope is one company, and the supplier is another company, could we provide ISO and CE certificates, as well as an authorization form from the manufacturer?A 11. Supplier can provide ISO and CE sertificates, if they have authorization from the manufacturer for supplaying manufacturers products. 

New clarification added: Q 10.  would like to inquire if we can participate with only one item, the Glucose Analyzer (Glucometer), for a quantity of 30 pieces, out of a total of 12 items in the procurement process.A10. Unfortunatelly, partial bids are not accepted for this tender.

New clarification added: Q9.  We are writing to kindly request clarification regarding Item No. 5 – Fibrinometer (1 Pc) mentioned in the document.Could you please confirm the exact requirement and clarify whether it refers to a FibroScan Machine or an Ultrasound Machine?A9. This mashine is for ultrasound diagnostic system. only for liver diseases diagnostics (Fibrosis scanning equipment ) not general ultrasound equipment.

New clarification added: Q 8:  I would like to seek clarification regarding Item No. 12.Could you kindly confirm if the dimensions mentioned at point B13 (180mm H x 650mm W x 550mm D) refer to the machine's size? If these measurements are for the machine, it seems to be a small unit that would need to be placed on a table or desk.Additionally, could you please let us know what type of bottles need to be cut? If possible, do you have a sample image of these bottles?A8: Yes it can be placed on a desk. Bottles can be a different shape and size from plastic or soft matherial within the dimention described.

New clarification added: Q3. . In view of 2 or 3 lab equipment within the 12 items, up to now, no suitable products have been found, could you kindly clarify if the partial bid is acceptable ?A3. Not in this tender partial bid is not acceptable.Q4. For Item#1 Glucose analyzer (Glucometer), it is required: "Sample type: capillary, venous, arterial". Usually, blood from capillaries or venous blood is enough to be drawn to analyze blood glucose levels,  arterial blood is not necessary to be drawn. Please confirm this point. A4 : Please confirm this point. Capillary is enough. "Sample type: capillary, venous, arterial." to be changed for Sample type: capillary and/or venous and/or arterial.Q5. For Item#2 Urine centrifuge, benchtop, it is required: "Approximate acceleration time: 10 sec", please confirm if acceleration time: 30 sec is acceptable ?A5: No. acceleration time 30 sec is not acceptable. Q6. For Item#7 Machine for mechanical coating of slides, it is required: "Lids come in different covers for solvents and staining fluids", please confirm if is acceptable lids with same covers for solvents and staining fluids (If the user needs to distinguish, it should be labeled when using.)A6: Not it is not acceptable. lids must be with different covers and staining fluids.Q7. For Item#12 ​Cutter, hot wire, please confirm it is used for cutting the plastic bottles. A reference photo will be preferable to be shared.A7: Yes we confirm that this is to cut plastic bottles. New clarification added: Q2 :  clarification regarding Item No. 1 – Glucose Analyzer (Glucometer), Sr. No. 11, specifically under the "Dose Detection" section.Could you please provide further details or explain the requirements/criteria for this feature?A 2: By "Under Dose detection" in a glucometer it is refered to the device's ability to detect and verify an insufficient blood sample.

New clarification added: Q1: Are international companies eligible to participate in this tender?  A1: As per the Particulars of the RFQ, the bidder may have the nationality of any country, therefore international companies are eligible to participate in this tender.
