Description

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders to conduct a Study on the Needs of Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Professionals.

The specific objectives are: 

  1. To assess the effects of the activities implemented by UNESCO, identify best practices and lessons learned for future activities  
  2. To identify gaps and uncovered needs of cultural heritage professionals in Ukraine  
  3. To identify priority locations for potential capacity-building interventions for cultural heritage professionals  
  4. To analyze the correlation between the needs of cultural heritage professionals in Ukraine and the priorities of Ukrainian governmental institutions, primarily the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine (MCSС)
