The United Nations Office for Project Services , Ethiopian Multi-country office (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS ETMCO) is pleased to invite competent Bidders to submit their respective competitive Bids for the Procurement of Different Animal Cage, Trolly, Cage Washer, Animal Restrainer and Transport Box for Ministry of Health/AHRI, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and “Schedule of Requirements” herein uploaded under file ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Here is additional clarification question we received and UNOPS respective response for your noting.Question Dear Sir/Madam, for each item in Lots 1 and 2 the specifications we have the following queries:Lot 1:Item 1: They have not asked for Trolly/ Rack for holding Polysolfone Mice cages, They will require 12 Racks (25 Cages/Rack) to hold 300 Mice Cages. Kindly clarify how do the plan to keep this cages.Item 2: There is a difference in qty of rat cages & rack required.As they are taking 400 Rat Cages they will require only 16 Troll/Rack. Kidnly clarify on this pointLot 2: Item 1: They have not asked for Trolly/ Rack for holding Polycarbonate Mice cages, They will require 12 Racks (25 Cages/Rack) to hold 300 Mice Cages. The quantity difference on the Polysulfone rat cage trolley is well noted and the total required number of rack/trolley for rat cages is 15. An ITB amendment will follow shortly.3.
