Please take note of the important details below:
-    Bidders should use Annex C - Pricing Schedule /table to fill in and submit their financial Bid.
-    All quotations must be submitted must be delivered by email ONLY to

unon-rfq@un.org. Please do NOT copy any other email address otherwise your submitted bid may be disqualified.
-    The site visit: not required.
-    The use of the files sharing applications such as Google Drive/We transfer, etc. is not permitted and files submitted through such applications will not be considered.

-    For clarifications regarding this RFQ, you are requested to contact the procurement team, exclusively in writing, via e-mail to: mariam.alqaoud@un.org with a copy to bharpur.dalal@un.org no later than 11 November 2024 at 12:00 Noon (Syria time).
-    No communication, written or verbal, is allowed in connection with this RFQ with any UN staff members other than Procurement team.
-    The maximum submission size of each email is 10 MB. If bids go above this limit, bidders are allowed to split the submission with clear numbering and labeling on each email.
