SUBJECT: ITB REF No. PEP/AA/2024/009/005 - Emergency Printing of Data Tools for IBRA (Rev. Bids may be submitted through the email address afwcongprocurement@who.int, and the submission deadline extended to 1400 hours, 11 September 2024, Abuja time)

You are invited to submit a proposal for the above subject for the World Health Organization, WHO, Nigeria Country Office in accordance with the WHO General and Contractual Conditions and the attached documents:

                    TIMELINE

1) Proposals must be received or dispatched through the United Nations General Market website (UNGM) no later than 11 September 2024, 1000hours, (Abuja/Nigeria) time.

2) A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual, or commercial matters may notify WHO email at afwcongprocurement@who.int (use subject: Bid Ref:  ITB REF No. PEP/AA/2024/009/005 no later than 09 September 2024.

The WHO/Nigeria Procurement team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the ITB that it receives prior to the closing date of the proposal. A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the ITB.

3) Evaluation of proposals and selection of a vendor will be performed in accordance with the Invitation to Bid   (ITB).

4) Revision - Bids may also be submitted through the email address afwcongprocurement@who.int, and the submission deadline has been extended to 1400 hours, 11 September 2024, Abuja time.
